Biography

Dr. David Horne, Assistant Professor in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine within the Department of Medicine and Department of Global Health (adjunct) is Associate Director of the TRTC. Dr. Horne’s research is focused on TB prevention in people living with HIV in low-resource settings, the latent Mtb infection care continuum in a variety of settings, and the genetic epidemiology of TB susceptibility. He is on staff at the TB Control Program, Public Health – Seattle & King County, the Medical Director of Washington State TB ECHO, and directs the Firland Northwest TB Center.
